The hotel's location was very convenient for us as it was close to our family's house and we could easily reach it by walking. the AC in the room was effective in combating the hot and humid weather. the staff was prompt in responding to our request to clean the bathroom's floor.
The hotel's stairs did not have a protective fence, so caution was necessary while going up and down the stairs.

The location of this hostel was perfect for me since it was near my family's house. I could easily walk over to their house from the hostel. The AC in the room was definitely a lifesaver because it was abnormally hot in the city during my stay. , the staff were polite and friendly which made the check-in process smooth.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to my standards. When I arrived, the floor was pretty dirty, and I actually had to ask the staff to give it a good scrub.

The room was conveniently close to my family's house and the AC worked well to cool down the Medan heat. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was less than desirable and the lack of fence on the stairs made it a bit risky to climb up and down. It's a shame these issues marred an otherwise decent stay.

Upon entering this hotel, I was delighted by the luxurious and exclusive amenities provided. the room was spacious and furnished with modern facilities. the private facilities were exceptional, as I was able to relax and unwind in the lavish bathtub.
I had to inform the staff to clean it before I could use it.

I loved how close the hotel was to my relatives' house, and it was really convenient to walk there. The AC in the room was amazing, especially since the weather in this city can get really hot. The staff was helpful throughout my stay, making everything so much easier. the hotel seemed to have a really good location, with easy access to transportation.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
